That way, when we talk to you about the work that needs to be done and provide you with a quote for those services, you know upfront exactly what we’re doing and how much it will cost. We will always communicate clearly and honestly with you. If we happen to discover additional problems with your roof or gutters that weren’t visible during the initial inspection, we will let you know immediately and help you find the right solution.
If you hire us to complete a job for you, we will arrive on time and complete the work as planned. While unforeseen circumstances may sometimes prevent us from delivering on all our promises – such as torrential rain or gale force winds that stop us from working on your roof at the agreed time – we will let you know immediately and re-schedule your job as soon as possible, at a time that is convenient for you.
At Pristine Roof Maintenance, we’re serious about safety. All our staff are fully trained, have the necessary Work cover inductions and Working at Heights certification, and are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment and safety gear to ensure they can carryout every aspect of the work they need to do.
We carryout regular safety checks on all our equipment and work practices, to ensure our staff comply with all aspects of the Work Health and Safety Act, and to maintain our high standards of safety.
We are fully insured for Workers Compensation and Public Liability ($10 million) and we are happy to provide our clients with Certificates of Currency for both. We are also happy to answer any questions and provide our clients with information about our practices, procedures, and policies, and our Safety Management Plan.
